This whole series was enjoyable. I'm hoping the author will put out another sequel. Who would have thought to buy books about Hell. LOL Great book and great humor, I love all the characters, even the bad guys.
Book three picks up on Steve Minion, hell's super. I love the wit that Mark Cain has infused in his concept of hell, where only the mere mention of niceness get you a blast of hell fire and a pie in the face. This series is a must read for anyone who finds themselves thinking they have it tough..
This one pretty well leads you into the final installment. You know where it's headed, so relax & enjoy the ride.
A fun ending to the trilogy, "Deal with the Devil" had some enjoyable twists in the story. The only real complaint is the lack of proofreading in this book. Even online document programs do a better job.
As I've said in my past reviews of this series, The story line and plot are so original that I just get totally immersed in the plot; can't wait to turn the page and hate to put the book down. (But, you have to get off the toilet eventually). I hope that Mr. Cain can contain ue the series for many more volumes. His set-up seems to have endless potential.
Another hit! I love this series and the characters are a riot. My favorite is BOOH (Bat out of Hell). As I mentioned before, the series reminds me of the Dortmunder series of books by Donald E. Westlake, which are one of my all-time favorites. Very hard to hold in the laughter when you're on public transportation.
